Proven 3PL Training

One of the important ways we support your success is with high-quality, practical training that puts you charge of your new technology – not the other way around. We developed Zethcon University to deliver all aspects of Synapse™ training with courses like these.

Synapse™ Express

This course introduces all aspects of the system in a one-week period. This training is fast, concise and includes: System Setup Basics (facility, customer and item, supplier and consignee) and System Use Basics (maintaining inventory, creating and processing orders and receipts, creating and performing billing functions)

Warehouse Associate Training

This course provides a thorough exposure to the most used RF functions and enables those who want RF functionality. The training is interactive and based on a learn-and-apply design which includes an RF Basic Course for two weeks (1.5 hours/day) on RF receiving, picking and shipping, as well as cycle counting and utilities. And, an RF supplemental course on the topics of build pallet, split master/combine master and passing picks (de-picking and damaged products).

Clerical Training

This training enables a CSR to perform general clerical duties such as entering, managing, and closing receipt orders, entering outbound orders, doing wave planning and release and outbound order closing. This class is based on an interactive learn-and-apply model and can be taken as a one-day course or on a 1.5 hours/day basis.

Super User Training

This one-week training builds the foundation for general administration of the system. It assumes that the user is comfortable with the general use of the system and focuses on setting up a working facility and a customer, as well as covering advanced topics like combination pick method implementation, trading partner set-up and aggregate inventory.

Technical Training for System Administrators

This is on-day training course is designed for the technical administrator of the system. The class coaches a technical administrator on the functions and maintenance of critical background processes in Synapse™ and address Synapse™ backgrounds, Synapse™ servers, and nightly cron operations.

Technical Training for Report Developers

This training provides technical personnel, responsible for such activities and reporting and data mining, on Synapse™ is can be used and on its data structures. This training can be tailored based on the experience level of the participants. Upon completion, attendees will be able to develop billing, shipping, inventory and receiving activity reports.

Introduction to Linux

This course is a ½ to one-day course that introduces the Linux operating system. It is beneficial for clients who choose to utilize Linux as part of their Synapse™ deployment.

Additional Training

Training can be provided on a custom requirements basis and address a wide range of needs including: new account setup, implementation of new functionality, or simply a “refresher”.
