Zethcon Announces the 3PL Business Owners Dashboard: New Capability Provides At-a-Glance Views of Essential Metrics that Drive Profitable Growth

PARK RIDGE, IL, -- Zethcon Corporation announces their new software capability, the 3PL Business Owners Dashboard, designed to give executives rapid at-a-glance access to vital information about their business. For the 3PL executive, it is the answer to the age-old question: “In a sea of data and reports, how can I see what I need to know right now about the most important metrics in my business?

Zethcon President, Chris Oechsel, says, “The 3PL Business Owner’s Dashboard addresses critical areas that are the heartbeat of warehouse management that must be constantly managed to drive profitable growth. This new capability gives the 3PL executive a convenient at-a-glance view of essential metrics for area like Activity, Storage, Labor, and Profitability.  We have even added “Things to Know” to provide at-a-glance monitoring of key indicators of the health of the operation. The 3PL Business Owner’s Dashboard framework was previewed for select clients late last fall at the Synapse TM User Meeting, and then gathering input about it from Zethcon clients began in earnest. Preliminary Beta testing of the new capability is underway now with the expressed intent of ensuring that 3PL business owners are weighing in with their opinions and getting their unique needs met. Zethcon is also convening their Key Client Product Council, a select group of 3PL business owners who agree to provide Zethcon with in-depth user perspectives about the company’s research and development projects like the dashboard initiative. “Nothing is more important to us than making sure we are fully engaged with our clients and building a strong partnership.
