When it comes to managing corporate finances and streamlining administration, there are few as passionate about it as Tim Ward. While some people take years to figure out their career path, Tim knew from an early age that he was a “numbers guy”. He enjoys building strong financial and operational infrastructures for companies in diverse, highly competitive and rapidly evolving industries.  He has worked with fast-growth companies like Lakeview Technologies, Maxtec International and Telco Capital Corporation. Before joining Zethcon, Tim held leadership positions in all financial functions: accounting and financial control, internal and external reporting, planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions.  Much of his success is due to his ability to develop and lead high-functioning teams that support aggressive growth goals.

Tim has an MBA from St. Xavier University where he concentrated in Financial Management. He lives in Naperville, IL with his wife and children.

When he’s not improving the bottom line, Tim enjoys running, golf, basketball and spending time with his family. He also volunteers with Knights of Columbus.
