She is an expert in technical writing, documentation and user training. And, she is highly skilled in analyzing, designing and implementing software solutions. The result?  The companies she supports report higher customer satisfaction, greater retention rates and well-trained employees. Sally is responsible for SynapseTM documentation, training, system setup, testing and status reporting, and on-site support for all installations.

Sally lives in Wilmette with her husband and two sons of college age. She enjoys traveling to Arizona, the Northwoods of Wisconsin and Europe and her favorite Chicago get-away is Chicago Botanic Gardens.
