We have a strong “people-centric” style that supports a high degree of interaction with our clients. (By the way, our average employee tenure is 16 years with Zethcon.)  So, we build long-tem relationships with our clients and really get to know their business.  In addition, our implementation staff comes from the 3PL industry, in most cases using SynapseTM in another 3PL company.  Clients tell us that our “been there, done that” expertise is invaluable to them.
