Zethcon offers a special service that provides clients with system documentation tailored to a customer’s specific implementation of the system. We use QuickDocs™, a simple to follow, graphical, step-by-step guide to using the system. A QuickDoc will utilize screenshots with clear illustrations of process steps suitable for distribution to everyone from the warehouse floor personnel. QuickDocs™ can be delivered in print, Microsoft PowerPoint format, or HTML.
