Mr. Caprel has worked with managers of technology, banking, pharmaceutical, marketing, communications, insurance, online retail, and consulting firms. One client's AM Best rating went up from B+ to A- making them $1,000,000 more than they had expected.  Another client’s revenue went up 400% in one year.  A third worked their way out of a significant debt burden and continues operations successfully, when the future looked bleak.  His commitment to complete customer satisfaction is valued by his many repeat and long-standing clients.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Illinois University.  Golf, reading and living life fully are among his favorite pursuits. Mr. Caprel resides with his wife and two children in Wheaton, Illinois.
